Shipping policy

UAE Delivery

•     Standard delivery within the UAE: 3–5 business days.

•     Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout, additional charge applies).

•     Free standard shipping on all UAE orders over AED 299.

GCC & International

•     We ship to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) and select international destinations.

•     International delivery times: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

•     Customs, duties, and import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed the following Sunday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
