Q: How long does delivery take?
We offer delivery across the UAE within 3–5 business days. Express options may be available at checkout. International shipping details are available on the Shipping page.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@maisonlymae.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Please see our Shipping page for full details.

Q: What fabric are Maison Lymae swimsuits made from?
Our swimwear is made from 80% Polyamide and 20% Elastane, sourced from Korea. This blend is soft, stretchy, chlorine-resistant, and designed to hold its shape wear after wear.
Q: Are the sets sold as complete sets, or can I buy individual pieces?
Our swim sets are currently sold as complete sets only (either 2-piece or 3-piece). This ensures a perfectly coordinated look in every purchase.
Q: How does the sizing run?
Our sizes run true to size. We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
Q: Is the fabric suitable for chlorinated pools?
Yes. Our polyamide-elastane blend is chlorine-resistant. We still recommend rinsing your swimwear in clean water immediately after use to maximise its lifespan.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please see our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Q: How do I initiate a return?

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, subject to stock availability. Contact us to request an exchange.
