Returns & Refund Policy

Our Policy

We want you to love your Maison Lymae purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

•     Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

•     Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.

•     Swimwear that has been worn or washed cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

•     Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

1.   Email lymae0119@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.   Our team will send you a return authorisation and instructions.

3.   Pack your item securely and send to the address provided.

4.   Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lymae0119@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
